All payments must be made in full before shipment. Orders will be processed only after the payment is successfully received.
2. Limited Warranty
2.1 Coverage
Rock-Solid Laser provides a limited warranty for its products in accordance with applicable laws and regulations of your country or region.
If your product experiences a malfunction during the warranty period, please contact us at sales@rsd-laser.com with your order number or proof of purchase.
We will first provide remote technical assistance to help you resolve the issue.
If the problem cannot be solved remotely, you may be required to ship the product to our authorized service center.
If the issue is confirmed to be caused by product quality during the warranty period, we will repair or replace the product free of charge.
2.2 Exclusions
This warranty does not apply to:

Products or parts whose warranty period has expired.

Products purchased through unauthorized channels or resold by other buyers.

Normal wear and tear, or consumption during normal use.

Damage or malfunction caused by improper installation, handling, maintenance, or storage.

Damage due to unauthorized modification, disassembly, or use not in accordance with the official manual.

Products without a valid proof of purchase.

Failures caused by unauthorized software, third-party parts, virus infection, or hacker attacks.

Damage caused by force majeure events (fire, flood, earthquake, etc.) or accidents during transportation.

Any issue not directly caused by product quality.
Rock-Solid Laser shall not be liable for any personal injury or indirect loss (including lost profits, data, or business interruption) caused by improper use or external factors.
2.3 Special Notes

Product packaging, complimentary items, consumables, and accessories are not covered by the warranty.

If a defect is found upon first use after purchase, the product can be replaced free of charge.

For discontinued products, an announcement will be issued regarding the final maintenance date.

In case of a separate after-sales service agreement, the signed contract terms shall prevail.
3. Return & Replacement Policy
3.1 General Conditions
We hope you’re fully satisfied with your purchase.
If not, you may request a return or replacement under the conditions below.

Return window: within 7 calendar days from the date you receive the product.

Returns after 7 days for non-quality reasons will not be accepted.

Only products purchased directly from the official Rock-Solid Laser website (www.rsd-laser.com) are eligible.

Returned items must be in their original condition, including all packaging, accessories, and materials.
3.2 Return Costs

For non-quality-related returns, the buyer shall bear all shipping costs.

A service fee of 10–30% of the total order value may apply, depending on the product type and condition.

For quality-related issues, Rock-Solid Laser will cover the repair or replacement costs.
Refunds will be issued within 14 working days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Refunds are made to the original payment method.
3.3 Replacement Policy
You may request a replacement within 30 calendar days after receiving your product if:

It has a confirmed manufacturing defect, or

It was damaged in transit, or

It does not match the original description.
If the product shows signs of improper use, modification, or damage caused by external factors, replacement will not be provided.
4. Disclaimer

All returns must be shipped to the designated address provided by Rock-Solid Laser; drop-offs are not accepted.

Before returning a product, please remove all personal data or files.

Gift cards and customized items are non-returnable.
