Rock-Solid Laser ships worldwide to most countries and regions.
We cooperate with reliable international carriers such as DHL, FedEx, and UPS to ensure fast, secure, and professional delivery to your location.
Shipping costs depend on the product type, weight, and destination.


2. Order Confirmation

After you place an order successfully, you will receive an order confirmation email from us.
If you have any special requests or need to change your order information, please contact us as soon as possible before your order enters the processing stage.

3. Processing Time

Each machine is tested and carefully inspected before shipment to ensure quality and performance.

Processing time: Depending on the product type, most orders will be shipped within 1–5 business days after payment confirmation.

For orders containing multiple items, the processing time will be based on the item that requires the longest preparation time.
Please note that processing time is not included in the shipping time.


4. Shipping Time

Shipping time varies by destination and shipping method:

5. Shipping Methods

Small laser machines and accessories are typically shipped by air (express delivery) for faster and safer delivery.
Sea freight is not used unless specially requested by the customer.
We will provide a tracking number once your package has been shipped.

Please note that it may take a few days after dispatch for tracking information to become active on the carrier’s website.


6. Customs Duties and Taxes

All international shipments are sent on a Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis, meaning import duties, taxes, or customs fees (if applicable) are the buyer’s responsibility.

The actual amount and policy vary by country. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more details before placing an order.


7. Shipping Delays

Shipping times may be affected by national holidays, customs inspections, or carrier delays.
While these circumstances are beyond our control, we will always do our best to assist and ensure your order arrives as soon as possible.


8. Damaged or Lost Packages

All shipments are securely packed and checked before dispatch.
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately. We will help file a claim with the carrier and arrange a replacement or suitable solution.
