Q：How about the quality controlled?
A：The whole production procedure will be under regular inspection and strict quality control. 

Q：How is the shipping method?
A：As per your actual address, we can effect shipment by sea, by air, by truck or railway. Small machines are more recommended to consider DHL / FEDEX / UPS express delivery to door

Q：What payment terms can you accept?
A：Acceptable payment method: TT, Paypal, E-Checking, Credit Card. Depends on different projects, with 50% deposit, and balance before shipment or full payment in advance.

Q：What's delivery time?
A：Commonly, we need 3~7 days for production and testing. Customized products take 7~15 working days (Include durable test).

Q：What's package, will it protect the products?
A：We have 3 layers package. For the outside, we adopt wooden cases free of fumigation. In the middle, the machine is covered by foam, to protect the machine from shaking. For the inside layer, the machine is covered by waterproof plastic film.

Q：What's consumables of laser marking machine?
A：It does not have consumable. It's very economical and cost effective.

Q：If some problems happen to this machine, what should I do?
A：We provide two years machine warranty. During the two-year warranty, in case any problem for the machine, we will provide the parts free of charge (except for artificial damage, valuable parts need to be sent to us). After the warranty, we still provide whole lifetime service. So any doubts, just let us know, we will give you solutions.

Q：When I got this machine, but I don't know how to use it. What should I do?
AWe will send operation video and manual for the machine. Our engineer will do online after-sales service. Email, WhatsApp, WeChat, Teamvier, video chat, etc.

Q：I know nothing about this machine, what type of laser machine should I choose?
A：We will help you choose the suitable laser machine, you can share us what material will you marking? Marking depth? Marked area? Flat or curved?
