Docking Manufacturing: Once your contract is finalized, our service staff will liaise with the production department to ensure your machine is manufactured according to the agreed-upon specifications.

 

Assisting Inspection: We work closely with quality inspectors to ensure your machine undergoes a thorough inspection upon completion.

 

Shipping and Tracking: Our staff will arrange for the efficient and timely transportation of your equipment. You'll also receive regular updates on the shipment status.

For parts that are not damaged due to human error, we provide free repair or replacement within the warranty period, as well as cover the return shipping cost after the repair.


After the warranty period expired, you only need to pay the actual maintenance cost.
